30-day period starts when your service is activated, not when

We will:
- Uninstall the outdoor modem with minimal impact to your premise and the device.
- Return your modem to us, in like new condition, and we will refund the amount.
- No refund on Installation fee.
- Apply refunds to the original payment method.
